Heart Bingo's terms page sits on heartbingo.co.uk, a domain the register marks White Label, while hbingo.co.uk is the Heart Bingo domain it marks Active. Heart Bingo's own terms name BV Gaming Limited, so it is a BV Gaming site either way.

Is BV Gaming licensed in the UK?

Yes. On 28 September 2026 the register showed account 39576 as Active, with all five activities Active and running to "Current". It lists no regulatory actions.

BetVictor and Heart Bingo: one company

BetVictor's UK terms begin "We are BV Gaming Limited, trading as "BetVictor" or "BV"". Heart Bingo's terms begin "We are BV Gaming Limited, trading as "Heart Bingo"". It names Playtech as the operator of its network-wide promotions. Deposits by Apple Pay and Google Pay start at £5; bank withdrawals arrive within 1 to 3 working days, and a withdrawal can take "up to 24 hours to be released" first. Support is described as available 24/7, by its Message Us service, email and phone. Its loyalty scheme is the Bingo Rewards Club.

One account, one self-exclusion? What the BV Gaming sites share

Heart Bingo's help centre is direct about it: "All safer gambling tools you enable will automatically apply across all the accounts you hold with our BV Group brands." Its deposit limit guide adds that a limit "is shared across all BVGroup brands connected to your account details". Its terms also allow it to act if you use "more than one account with the same BV brand".

Heart Bingo's terms give three internal steps and an outside body:

1. Contact customer support, or email resolution@heartbingo.co.uk with as much detail as you can.
2. If you are not satisfied, ask for a step 2 complaint by emailing complaintsmanagement@heartbingo.co.uk.
3. If you are still not satisfied, escalate to step 3 at the same address; it is reviewed only after steps 1 and 2.
4. If the dispute is not settled within 8 weeks, either side can refer it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).
