The Gambling Commission lists 20 active domains under ProgressPlay Limited's licence and marks 94 more as white label. In May 2025 the Commission fined it £1,000,000 over anti-money laundering and customer interaction failings.
ProgressPlay Limited is a company registered in Malta under number C58305. It holds a Gambling Commission account, number 39335, for casino games (from 1 November 2014), betting on real events (from 17 December 2018) and bingo (from 23 August 2024). The Malta Gaming Authority lists the same company as licensed under MGA/B2C/231/2012; its brands' terms add that this licence was issued on 16 April 2013.
The Commission's register gives a head office in Limassol, Cyprus. The Malta register and the brands' terms give a registered office at the Punchbowl Centre, St Julian's, Malta. We found no Cyprus company of this name on the Cyprus companies register, so the page treats the Maltese company as the licensee and the Limassol address as an office.
On its own website, ProgressPlay describes itself as a provider of "standalone licensee, full whitelabel and customizable turnkey solutions for casinos and sports", "since 2012". The 94 domains the register marks White Label fit that description, but the register gives no reason for their status. This page counts them and does not list them, because a white label site is not ProgressPlay's sister site.
The register counts 193 domain names for this account. Its list shows 191 entries, which come down to 188 distinct domains: 20 marked Active, 74 Inactive and 94 White Label.

PlaceBet, PushBet and MobileMillions each print the same line in their terms: "The Site is operated by ProgressPlay Ltd".
Yes. On 28 September 2026 the register showed account 39335 as Active, with all three activities Active and running to "Current". Holding a licence and having been sanctioned are both true at once: the fine below did not remove the licence.
On 9 May 2025 the Gambling Commission published a sanction against ProgressPlay Limited after a review of its operating licence. The Commission found that the company:
It added that the company "failed to adequately consider" two anti-money laundering ordinary code provisions. The Commission gave a warning, attached a condition requiring a third-party audit within six months of the review's end, and imposed "a financial penalty of £1,000,000". The register records that the company "co-operated with the Commission throughout the investigation and took corrective steps".
Our team read three ProgressPlay sites in full on 1 October 2026: PlaceBet, PushBet and MobileMillions. Their offers and ratings sit on their cards in the list above. A rating scores bonuses, games, account and safety, loyalty, support and mobile from the site's own pages, on the criteria those pages let us score; withdrawal speed is not scored.

Rating 3.8
Rated 3.8 out of 5, on two of six criteria. PlaceBet's welcome offer is a sports free bet; its promotions page shows no casino welcome offer.

Rating 4.2
Rated 4.2 out of 5, on four of six criteria. PushBet's promotions page carries the same free bet but prices it in dollars, so we do not repeat its figures.
Rated 3.6 out of 5, on four of six criteria. MobileMillions shows no welcome offer; its loyalty scheme is a "VIP Room" with five levels, Bronze to Diamond, where "For every £16 that you wager in our casino you earn one VIP point" and points convert to cash.
Support on all three is by e-mail at customersupport@instantgamesupport.com, and MobileMillions' terms add live chat, with the responsible gaming team "available for assistance via live chat 24/7".
The terms are plain: "Any self-exclusion, time out or any similar action will be valid across all websites operated by the Company." Each site allows one account ("You are only allowed to have one Account at this Site."), and registering several accounts across "the Company Network" to claim a promotion counts as abuse.
That covers ProgressPlay's own network. GAMSTOP covers every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain.
Its licence has covered betting on real events since 17 December 2018, and two of its active domains, placebet.co.uk and pushbet.co.uk, are betting brands by name.
No. The licensee is Maltese. Companies House has no PROGRESSPLAY LIMITED; the nearest name, PROGRESSPLAY U.K. LIMITED (10750531), was dissolved on 19 November 2019, and nothing links it to the licensee.
Start with the one you play at: its terms should carry the line "operated by ProgressPlay Ltd" with account 39335, as PlaceBet, PushBet and MobileMillions do. If a site does not print that line, its own operator line names the company that runs it, and that is the one that counts.
