Its sites' terms say: "Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited is registered in Gibraltar. Company number: 120628. Registered office: Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street, Gibraltar". They add: "We also provide the software platform which powers this site under the same licence."

The Gibraltar Gambling Division lists the company as a licence holder. Its own sources disagree with each other: the list gives a B2C category, while its approved brands document gives a B2B licence (RGL No. 171) and an address at Europort, not Main Street. We report both as stated.

The Gambling Commission account, 57869, is the youngest of the eight on this site. It has covered remote bingo and casino games since 9 March 2022, gambling software since 14 May 2024 and betting on real and virtual events since 13 June 2025.

Is Grace Media licensed in the UK?

Yes. On 28 September 2026 the register showed account 57869 as Active, with all five activities Active and running to "Current". The 2025 fine did not end the licence.

The Grace Media fine

On 26 June 2025 the Gambling Commission published a sanction against Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, "following an investigation outside of a licence review". It found the company had breached two social responsibility code provisions: 3.5.3, paragraph 2, on self-exclusion, and 5.1.11, on consent for direct electronic marketing. It imposed a financial penalty of £60,000.

The Commission noted that the company "co-operated with the Commission throughout the investigation", that it "had, and continues to have, policies and procedures in place", that "the failure was due to human error in the application of these policies and procedures", and that it "has taken remedial action".
