Dazzletag Entertainment Limited no longer holds a UK licence. The Gambling Commission register shows account 39358 as Surrendered, with all three licensed activities ended on 6 August 2026, and all six of its listed sites as Inactive. Three of those sites say in their own terms that the operator changed on 1 April 2026, from Dazzletag Entertainment Limited to Solaya Group Limited.

What happened to Dazzletag?

Two events are dated, and they come from two different kinds of source.

The first is the operator change. The terms of peachygames.com, casushi.com and zebrabingo.com, read on 13 October 2026, each say that before 1 April 2026 the website was operated by Dazzletag Entertainment Limited. The peachygames.com terms go further. Clause 1.5 names "Solaya Group Limited from 1 April 2026". Clause 16.1 says that "the operation of this Website and your Account transferred from Dazzletag Entertainment Limited to Solaya Group Limited". The same clause calls the change "an intra-group restructuring only" and adds: "There is no change to ownership, management, brands, products or the services available to you." The casushi.com and zebrabingo.com terms carry the clause 1.5 sentence in the same words.

The terms name the new operator as Solaya Group Limited, Gibraltar company number 125734, holder of Gambling Commission licence 100050-R-341529-001 (public register reference 100050). These details are as the terms print them. This page takes the link between Solaya Group Limited and Dazzletag no further than the terms do, and no Gibraltar register was searched.

The second event is the surrender. The Commission's register shows all three licensed activities of Dazzletag Entertainment Limited surrendered on 6 August 2026. That is the register's record, and it does not name a successor.
